Wellnest Guide ("we", "the site") is a curated directory and search tool for wellness retreats in Spain, accessible at wellnest.guide. By using this site you accept the terms described below.
Nature of the service
Wellnest Guide provides information, AI-generated recommendations, and links to third-party platforms (including Booking.com) where you can complete a booking. We are not a travel agency or the operator of the retreats shown: we act as an informational intermediary.
Links and affiliate commissions
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may receive a commission from the corresponding provider, at no extra cost to you. This allows us to keep the directory free and continue improving the service.
AI-generated recommendations
Search recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence models based on your preferences. While we strive for accurate, useful information, prices, availability and details for each retreat should always be verified directly on the booking platform before confirming your trip.
Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or final quality of the listed retreats, as these depend on third parties. Any issue relating to a booking should be handled with the corresponding platform or center.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
2. Privacy policy
At Wellnest Guide we handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.
What data we collect
- Name and email address, when you voluntarily provide them to receive your retreat recommendations.
- Search preferences entered into the search tool (type of experience, region, dates, budget, etc.).
- Basic browsing data (pages visited, interactions with results and booking links) for analytics and service improvement purposes.
What we use it for
- Generating and showing you personalized retreat recommendations.
- Sending you a summary of your recommendations by email, along with links to complete your booking, as a reminder.
- Improving the operation of the search tool and directory.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share aggregated or anonymous information with technology providers that help us operate the site (for example, hosting on Vercel or the AI model provider that generates the recommendations), always under confidentiality agreements.
How long we keep your data
